I completed Full Install of a Five Star Premium - 96% Gas Furnace (Up to 100,000BTU) Honeywell T6 Programmable Thermostat/Emerson 1F85U Five Star 13 SEER Air Conditioner (Up to 3 ton). The system is operational upon departure.
I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement cooling tune up on a Carrier 16 SEER 4 ton air conditioner. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored system. All operating normally at this time.

I completed a diagnostic service on a Trane air conditioner. I determined that the inside coil has failed. I recommended repair. Customer is going to take the weekend to decide.
I completed HALF Install of a Carrier 80% Gas Furnace 58SB0 (Up to 100,000 BTU); The system is operational upon departure.
After removing the York air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed a scheduled maintenance agreement tune-up on a Carrier air conditioner. Upon arrival I completed my tune-up checklist and seen no issues at this time. Upon departure system is fully operational.
I installed a Carrier 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace, Carrier 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner, and an Aprilaire High Efficiency 4 Air Cleaner. All three systems were fully operational upon my departure.
I inspected the Carrier 96% Two-Stage 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace that was recently installed. I also assisted the customer with setting the Ecobee thermostat that is connected to the Aprilaire 600M Humidifier.
Upon inspection, I found the inducer motor was failing. I informed the customer and went over repair and replace options. Customer has opted to install a new furnace. System is not operational upon departure.
I installed a Carrier 96% Two-Stage 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace, an Aprilaire 600M humidifier, an Ecobee smart thermostat and an iWave-R air purifier. All readings are within manufacturers specifications at this time.
During a tune up on a 2007 Lennox furnace, I found that the filter is dirty and the blower capacitor is reading slightly out of specifications. All other readings are within manufacturers specifications at this time.
I installed a Carrier 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace, a Carrier 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner, an iWave-R Air Purifier, and an Aprilaire 500 Humidifier.
I installed a Carrier 96% Two-Stage 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier up to 17 SEER 2 STAGE 4 Ton Air Conditioner and an Aprilaire High Efficiency Air Cleaner. Everything is operating within manufacturers specifications at this time.
Upon arrival for tune safety check on 2004 Bryant furnace, I did a complete tune up regarding the safety, electrical components, and combustion. All results are within specifications at this time. Customer asked about setup of an Ecobee thermostat and proper heating of his home. I recommend to call Ecobee for the custom setting in the home after trying to communicate with the supervisor regarding the issue. I also recommend a filter replacement immediately to keep furnace operating at max efficiency. Unit operational at departure.
